How do I book a room?

We have a room block at Madden's available for booking starting this September. We are also working on arranging a wedding block at Cragun's. The links to book will be posted on the Travel and Stay page along with additional lodging recommendations.

Is transportation provided to and from the wedding?

The ceremony and reception are both held at Madden's. Those who are staying at Madden's can easily walk to the wedding and day after events!

For those not staying at Madden's, transportation will be provided from Cragun's and The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes Hotel on the day of the wedding. We will post the shuttle schedule on the Event Schedule page when details are available. 

There is parking at the venue for those driving separately. Please note, there are little-to-no Ubers or Lyfts in the area. There is a local taxi service and you can schedule a ride ahead of time if needed through Brainerd Taxi. 

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask guests not to bring a plus one unless specified on the invite. Seating arrangements are only allocated for invited guests. Thank you for your understanding!
